"HEADS UP: I was a resident here since January 2021 and I have experienced many issues. When I first moved in, a different company was the owner then they sold to fogelman. Ever since then it has been a revolving door of staff and maintenance. I had issues with my kitchen island falling off. And it took them 3 months to find a granite supplier and replace it. I had mold all throughout my unit that caused my son to be hospitalized twice. Everytime I called Maintenance for the mold they would wipe it off with bleach and bring in this huge machine. That machine caused my electric bill to be over $350 each time. And I was responsible for that bill with Georgia Power. I was constantly getting cracks in my tub. They were hiring contractors to come out and fix the cracks. It happened 3 different times. Even the contractor said these were faulty tubs and needed to be fully replaced not “fixed”. My name was removed from the gate box and I could never let DoorDash or visitors in with the “code box” I had to walk up there and fob them in. The beginning of August I emailed the leasing manger that I was interested in breaking my lease and wanted to know the process. I never got a response. So on August 14th I logged on my portal and filed out a form for a 60 day notice. About 2 weeks later I went to check my mail. My box was unlocked and open. No mail was inside just a green vacant letter. I asked the staff and they said it was not them and usps must have done that. I never reported to usps any type of address change. The leasing manger said that happens all time to other residents. I returned my keys before the 60 days because when I went to pay rent for September it was over $5300 since I gave the 60 day notice. Now I get a email for a $10,000 move out statement for “reletting” and not staying the 60 days. I don’t know who could pay $5,300 on the first when that is almost triple my original rent. I was a long term resident that never paid late ONE time. I could go on and on. The grass is always covered in dog poop. There is a gate on the right side of the building that has been broken forever and is always unlocked. Which is a safety hazard for residents. The staff is always sending threating emails, whether it’s about the trash and the clubhouse. It’s always something. You are better off finding somewhere else to live. This place will take your money and treat you like garbage."
