"its nice and has history but be careful as it is a dead end. There is a house across from the staircase entrance with a few sketchy people scouting on a balcony. As I was walking back they signalled 3 other guys at the bottom of the staircase and they surrounded me, yelled at me and tried to steal my phone. Thankfully it did not get violent and I stood my ground and they eventually gave up - i got lucky, be careful."
