"Such a beautiful upper Cascades Lake straight out & up of Sisters. Drive is a bit bumpy but it’s worth it. National Forest Land for primitive camping or day user’s like us. Beautiful hiking but season is short and sweet as you can’t succeeds until the forest department clears the snow & opens up the road into this heart shaped lake.
The little store & boat rental offer campers & day users necessities & treats & paddle board & /boat rentals
The new owners, Karinda & Fred & son Nick are good people & occasionally care take for hikers’ injured dogs as was the case last Sunday!
