Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Peterson Ridge Trail System for its fast, flowy cross-country trails and stunning mountain views, especially from the overlook. The well-maintained and clearly marked paths make it easy to navigate and customize rides. However, the current restriction on e-bikes is a significant point of contention for some potential visitors.

"Just returned from a 4-day mountain bike adventure with our NICA team. We were able to enjoy Peterson Ridge two different times. These are very fast and flowy cross country style trails with some punchy uphill on some small buttes that end in great views of the mountains. There are quite a few rock gardens here and there so if you got the ability to navigate those you are good to ride these trails. Definitely recommend getting out there."

"The trail riding is a blast. We did come across a few joggers and hikers which I always give way to. We rode out to the overlook which provided great views of the valley and Sisters mountain range. The trails are well marked. We rode the PRT east leg out the west leg back. The trails are mostly easy to moderate with a few bolders to navigate here and there. The flow on some of the trails made the ride worth it. Love these trails."

Mark Keene
