The reasons I am giving a 4 star are the chairs are extreamly hard feeling and uncomfortable when sitting for more than 5 minutes, and the crackers with the cheese platter are very hard on my teeth. Cheese is soft and creamy needs a cracker that compliments. Today the next day me and my wife's backside is sore from the chirs. Maybe an added cushion would raise the comfort level. I know I enjoy comfort when sipping on wine"
