Location is very cool from the outside and it extends into all corners of the facility. They are passionate about their product and mission !
Our tour guide was excellent. Very friendly, happy to answer questions, and didnt miss a beat with kids being kids.
Tour itself doesnt take long but its neat to see the process and hear the history.
We spent some time in the shop and bought some bears to go for our friends with a new born, as well as a Pumpkin Spice bear for my wife lol.
