"Nice hotel located in a great location! We were able to enjoy Lake Michigan while staying here and got right up to the lake with a short walk. I had a king size suite which had a view of the lake. My parents had a king size but it was on the smaller side. Still it was a clean hotel and overall we were happy."

"Nice hotel on the waterfront. Our room was quiet and spacious and the bed and linens were very comfortable. We got a great night's sleep. The bathroom was very tiny and cramped. Breakfast buffet was okay but the scrambled eggs were very over-done and hard. I was very disappointed that they had no decaf coffee for those of us who love taste of coffee but can't tolerate caffeine. I get that they probably don't want to brew a whole pot, but they could offer Java House pods. No special equipment needed for that. Overall, a good hotel and we would stay here again."

"I recently stayed here and I must say, the customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully renovated. The hotel overall was clean and provided all the amenities we needed, including a pack and play for the baby. I do recommend the hotel acquire mattresses for the pack in play to add to the comfort. We placed towels on the firm pad it comes with and covered it with a sheet.
Although I didn’t utilize the fitness room, it had been upgraded with new equipment and was very clean. There is a public parking garage conveniently located right next to the hotel, in which, you can purchase a daily parking pass from the hotel.
The hotel provides free coffee, however, there is no complimentary breakfast. There are not many hotels in Racine, however, this one is conveniently located near the downtown area and is overall my family preference when visiting family."
