"A great secret hideaway for Angeleños and visitors alike to get a great sunset view, events, art and a genuine slice of life of the westside of Los Angeles! One of my favorite haunts in Hollywood! This is the real side of Hollywood - far more than Hollywood Blvd!
Very, very dog friendly wonderland! So Los Angeles!
Even on sunny summer days this park can be a great spot since there are trees which provide shade here! Today I got a spot that affords a view of the Hollywood Sign and the observatory!
People watching is amazing!
The Hollyhock House is a must see! Gorgeous architecture and garden!
You can view the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory from the Art Park! They’re not that close so a great picture requires a zoom type lens.
There is also an art museum!
People can picnic on the nicely sized lawn beside the House. It’s a great place to lay out a blanket and watch the sunset.
Events galore here!
They have security guards ready for your questions.
Bathrooms available near the main lawn and in the missy when it’s open.
Parking can be difficult but you can park very close to the House on the top of the hill the park is on. There’s parking at the foot of the hill too. Both free and meter."

"Hey! Nice little park where the Hollyhock House designed by infamous Frank Lloyd-Wright is located! That house is only opened for a couple days of the week, so make sure to check the hours & pay the entry fees to get in. If you can't get in though, just walking around this park is still nice! Great high point to see other parts of the city."

"A wonderful park in a great part of Los Feliz. Lots of grassy areas for a picnic, and check out the Hollyhock house now before budget cuts may limit their ability to keep it open."
