What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Jubilee Park Leyton is a vast and well-loved green space, praised for its massive pirate playground, ample open areas for recreation, and scenic walks. Visitors appreciate the outdoor gym facilities and the park's role as a community hub for events. However, large events can lead to overwhelming crowds and significant queues for amenities like toilets, detracting from the experience for some.
"A lovely park, truly huge! Plenty of space to let the dogs run free. There's a decent cafe too. A massive play area for the kids and an outdoor gym for us big kids. If you walk far enough, you'll enter the Ives Farm area, which has pitches and a sand volleyball Court."

"Eid Fair at Leyton Jubilee Park – April 6
We visited Leyton Jubilee Park on April 6 for the Eid Fair with a group of 10 people. The park itself is really massive and the weather was absolutely perfect, which made it a great day to be out.
However, the event felt very poorly organised. There were thousands of people, and every single stall had incredibly long queues. It was so busy that we didn’t even get the chance to enjoy any food or do any proper shopping. The crowd was honestly something we haven’t seen in a long time – it was overwhelming.
One of the biggest issues was the toilet situation. There were very long queues, no clear separation between men’s and women’s toilets, and no proper facilities for disabled visitors. This really took away from the overall experience. As a disabled man, I had a particularly upsetting experience. I tried to use the community toilet, but the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to let me in, saying the last person had already entered, even though I explained my situation. I requested politely, but she said she “couldn’t help anymore.” It was extremely disheartening and showed a lack of compassion and understanding.
It had the potential to be a great day, but unfortunately, due to the lack of organisation, we didn’t enjoy it as much as we hoped."
