What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Frimley Lodge Park is widely praised as a fantastic, free-to-enter destination offering something for everyone. Visitors highlight its suitability for family outings, dog walking, and leisurely strolls, with particular appreciation for the playground and canal access. While generally well-maintained, some minor upkeep on the pitch and putt greens has been noted.
"Fantastic place. Great for walking dogs, lots of people walking dogs off-leash all over the area. Really nice for walks as you can walk through the fields (which are regularly cut), there are trails through the wooded areas and you can walk along the canal which is easily accessible and not too deep for dogs that want to jump in and cool off. Lots of benches and bins all over. Lots of shaded areas for hot days. Bunnies around in some of the longer grass areas. Fenced kids playground. People do cricket and other sports in the fields sometimes, and they have a park run that runs there every Saturday at 9am. There is also a miniature railway which runs usually one Sunday a month (costs £1.50 to go on) which is great for kids (see their website for more details). Well laid out so it’s easy to find your way back without getting lost and I get good 4G/5G signal throughout."

Disabled parking area and additional parking for normal parking. And it's all free of charge. It was quite busy lots of families having picnics today. There is a lot of picnic benches available for people to use as well as a good park for children to play, which also has a zip wire too."
