"Easy hiking at north Baguio
There are 3 trails here
First most popular is from Registration office (Tawang-Ambiong road) - but also the hardest one - just 900 m distance, but 179 m elevation gain (20% incline average)
The second is from Boted Turning point (Halsema highway)
1,400 m distance, 221 m elevation gain (15.8% incline average)
The third— the easiest one - from Shilan-Beckel road. It looks like gate is closed but only for car, small door for people was open so we can enter
1.6 km distance, 177 m elevation gain (11.1% incline average )"

"The place is really relaxing and you can see a nice view. You could see the whole Baguio city and La Trinidad - 360 degree view. You could see Mt. Kalugong from Mt. Yangbew .
It's a place where you could have horseback riding, picnic, & night camping (with payment). Can bring food in there but trash it properly to preserve the place.
It has a mini canteen but the offered foods are snacks, and drinks. There's also souvenirs.
Can hike the place for 25 to 30 minutes but depends on your pacing.
It's open anytime but the owner of the place stated that the best place to go there is during sunrise and sunset. We went there a bit cloudy. So we haven't seen the sunrise."

"Its a really good mountain and really windy during morning until 11 am. I dont recommend putting up a tent already in those times since the wind can break your tent. There is also a store where they are selling snacks and lunch and a bathroom wherein you need to pay a small amount. Theres even places where you can picture but be careful because a kid might ask you to pay for pictures. Sadly there are horse dung everywhere in the trail so its smelly when walking up or down. Overall its a great place especially that its cheaper and less people than Mt. Kalugong"
