"Track partly washed out, alot of fallen trees, couldnt make it to the summit, very boggy and slippery, the track was basically a waterfall in parts, some of the markers were hard to find, as they were on the trees that had fallen. Would highly recommend to wait for track maintainence before embarking on this trail. We walked for 5 hr return and still a long way to summit and we are experienced trampers."
