"Amazing place! Even though it was pouring it down it was still good. The path to the falls is a tunnel with atmospheric lights and sounds.
The top section is access by an elevator but the very very top has a few stairs to climb (with no roof). Parking is 500 yen and the falls ticket is another 500. 15 minute walk from the car park to the falls."
