"Great tour with Evelyn around curraghmore house. It’s always a good sign when your tour guide is a local as they know a lot about the area and can add in stories from their experience. The house was impressive and the courtyard was a real eye catcher as you drove in. It will be great to revisit when the houses are redone and hopefully they can add them into the tour along with a bedroom upstairs inside the house. We walked the gardens which were lovely and during the tour we got to see inside the shell cottage which was nothing short of a masterpiece. We saw a pheasant and a red squirrel whilst walking around but thought a peacock in the courtyard would be a great addition. Also met Alan the other tour guide he was a legend and would love to do a tour with him also. The house has huge potential and we will definitely be back."
