"We loved our visit to the lismore castle and gardens. We spend 4 hours just exploring the lush grounds with all its different trees and flowers. I very much recommend a visit on a sunny day. They do offer a picnic package as well, that we haven't tried yet but will, soon enough. There is a cafe, that serves very good coffee and cakes!"

"Massive expansion
I went to the gardens years ago and was underwhelmed being honest and decided I wouldn't bother go back again. I went there in June 2025 with a friend and was amazed at all the effort and work that has been put into the walks and gardens since that time. There are nice walks, interesting gardens and lovely views of the castle. They even have 2 large segments of the original Berlin Wall."
