"I had the chance to visit Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The temple, set against the backdrop of Lake Bratan and surrounded by mountains, creates such a serene and picturesque atmosphere.
The reflection of the temple on the lake, especially in the morning when the air is crisp and mist lingers, feels almost magical. The surrounding gardens are very well-maintained and impressively clean, making the whole area pleasant to explore.
It can get quite busy with visitors, but the peaceful setting of the lake and the cultural significance of the temple still shine through. For anyone visiting Bali, this is definitely a must-see destination that perfectly combines natural beauty, cultural heritage, and a tranquil environment."

"Very nice park and temple up in the mountains at a lake.
We arrived around 10.30 so it did not feel so packed with tourists and we really liked locals would use the temple for their ceremonies and cleansings. It was great to watch them, also when only outside of the temple.
In general we found that it was a relaxing spot. You also have a couple of coffee shops / kiosks there and nice places to sit and rest, so definitely recommended."

"Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is a fantastic stop and one of the highlights of the area. The grounds are beautifully kept, with plenty of space to wander and endless opportunities for stunning photos. There is a small coffee and ice cream stand with fair prices, which makes for a nice break during your visit. We were lucky to catch a ceremony while we were there, and it was absolutely beautiful to watch, adding to the cultural experience. There is also a playground for children, though it looks a bit dated and could use some updates. Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit, and I would highly recommend it, especially for families or anyone interested in seeing temples in a peaceful and scenic setting."
