We visited the Truffle Discovery Centre in Stanthorpe during our 2025 trip and were blown away by how fascinating and enjoyable the experience was. The tour gave us a great insight into the world of truffles — where they come from, why they’re so prized, and just how difficult they are to grow in Australia.
The Discovery Centre also has a great range of truffle products available for purchase. My personal favourites were the truffle mustard and truffle aioli — absolutely delicious!
We were also treated to some generous tastings and even a glass of bubbles, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do.
If you’re anywhere near Stanthorpe, I highly recommend making a stop here — it’s an experience you won’t forget!"
