We had an amazing experience at the Summit Wines cellar door. The staff were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their wines are exceptional and we ended up taking home half a dozen bottles.
When we got home, we noticed one bottle was incorrect. I contacted them just to let them know, and they replied immediately. They organised a courier the same day and sent the correct bottle plus two extra bottles and a handwritten apology. It arrived within two days.
