Hello Honda Headquarter,
I am writing this review because my request/review/visit for a feedback was ignored by Honda Service Center located in Bay Shore (long Island) NY. You are able to view my reviews for this service center in their website (I wrote a five (5) stars review a while ago and one (1) star reviews recently which remained without respond).
Regardless of being wright or wrong, I believe customers are in title for an explanation, not necessarily saying "we'll take care of the issues". Unfortunately after a week past by, no responds has been received by service center nor Alex Tinnirello (service advisor).
I would like to point out that, as a person who is familiar well with Japanese business (used to live in Japan for 22 years), I am extremely surprised with what happened.
I hope this review catch someone soon enough for a professional curtesy respond.
