What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Columbia Park is widely praised for its immense size, cleanliness, and abundant amenities, making it a favorite for dog walkers, families, and sports enthusiasts. Visitors appreciate the ample parking, diverse play areas for children, and the pleasant atmosphere for picnics and gatherings. While generally well-maintained, some note the presence of overhead power lines.
"One of my favorite parks for walking my dogs. Very large park with plenty of different areas to walk. Inside the park there are various paths you can take. There is a large community garden at the back of the park and on one side of the park there is a large field that runs the length of the park. This field is also part of the park and its used for various local sports events. The field is open for everyone's use if its not in use for sports. There are three parking lots so parking is never an issue. There are various picnic tables throughout the park and one very large picnic area. The middle section of the park has a very large grassy area. There are two areas for kids to play. Many people come to this park to picnic, walk or jog, walk their dogs, play sports, etc. Even when it's very busy, I can find areas to be alone and walk my dogs. The park does contain quite a few overhead power lines."
