"My daughter drove me around the historic district one afternoon to see the cities chickens that wander through town. Look up the history of them. It's quite interesting. Cobblestone streets, a pretty park. It was not crowded during the week. Pretty empty of cars and people."

"Despite some unsafe areas in ybor city it’s still a fun time. Just watch yourself and your surroundings as it can be a bit sketchy there. If you watch the news this will come as no surprise as there is a lot of reports of criminal activity and a lot of homelessness. Eat at the Columbia Restaurant. Go on the Mafia Tour. That’s some fun there and go check out the cemetery where there are real gangsters and pirates buried. Ybor city is rich in history. Lots of stories and interesting people and places. If you have a conceal permit bring that heat. And enjoy yourself."
