What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise TreeHoppers Aerial Adventure Park for its thrilling aerial courses, friendly and safety-conscious staff, and suitability for a wide range of ages. It's often described as an unforgettable experience that builds courage and balance, making it a top choice for family vacations and group outings. Some minor drawbacks include limited seating for spectators and the no-refund policy for weather-related postponements.
"The best place to visit when on vacation 6yrs - up! Great gift from Grandparents to their adult children and grands. They will never forget this beautiful gift! Our adult kids are still talking about it. Friendly staff, experts at what they do. Vigilant at keeping all safe at all times. Great central area to watch them from, ( only picnic tables ). Would suggest bring your own camping chairs for seating if you are just there to watch fam zip. It was a bit hard to sit on a hard wood while we watched the baby. Playground is too advanced for children below 3 , but ok for above 3 with supervision. Love the snack shop; cappuccino was delish."

"We made a reservation in advance, but it was postponed due to weather. The staff told us no refunds, only rescheduling. We returned the following week. It rained again upon arrival. Thankfully, the rain stopped quickly, but the equipment was covered in water, making the decking slippery. We went anyway (since the staff said we could only reschedule once, even though it was due to weather). Overall, it was a good experience. The activities were divided into different levels of difficulty and age restrictions, and they explained how to use all the harnesses and tools beforehand. While some of the buckles might be difficult for those with less strength, they provided free gloves, so there was no need to worry about hand injuries. Rescue was also quicker if needed. It was a great place to develop balance and courage."

"The instruction was easy to follow and the kids age 10-12 were able to execute each skill on their own. The adults managed to keep up :) We went on yellow, green and blue runs which build on skill and height tolerance. This approach allowed one of our group who is afraid of heights, meet and manage her fear. She was so brave and loved it!! Try treehoppers, you will be glad you did."
