"We were on a short driving tour of the Berkshires and we used Lenox as our base to see the local historic sites. Chesterwood is an important place to visit as it was the summer home of Daniel French, the famous sculptor, who created the statue of Lincoln in DC. and the Minute Man in Concord. There is the house, workshop and info/display buildings to explore. We spent most of our time in the entrance display building. Lots of beautiful sculptures to see there.

"This review is based on our recent experience at Chesterwood. My husband and I went there to see the sculptures as advertised on the website. In my opinion the charge to see a few sculptures scattered around the grounds was not worth it."
