"There is no parking lot, you have to park on Mound Street. The park is kind of L shaped with shell gravel led walk way. The elevation is 40 feet. There are beautiful native plants such as white beauty bush, cabbage palms, and purple beauty bush.
There is an interpretative plaque telling about the natives, a metal plaque telling about it and by Mound street a small plaque you will just about miss telling about the person that donated the property"

"We are fortunate to have this historic site protected and in public ownership. More could be done to replant appropriate native plants on and around the mound end much work should be done to control invasive exotic plants at this site. Overall, a soothing spiritual place to visit and reflect."

"This is a beautiful piece of history that is very well preserved and I’m thankful exists. Being able to see things the original Floridian people built, lived around. It’s a very cool little day trip, dog friendly. People place gifts at the top of the hill, I thought it was thoughtful. Come check this place out."
