"I do not know exactly how to begin with such a horrible horrible experience! Firstly we stayed at this particular hotel at the end of July of this year and had a return reservation for this Labor Day weekend.
We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm to check in and was met with a very sweet young lady who checked us in and gave us our room keys. We arrived to our room to find the previous guests had checked out and the room had not been cleaned. Towels still in the floor, bottles and food were still present. Not a big deal we considered it just a mistake. Was given another room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Spoke to the young lady again. Again she was very embarrassed and was sent to the 3rd room which was not clean. The floors were dirty, dusty and just overall unclean.
At this point we feel like we should just cancel our reservation and move hotels. This is where everything went south even more. My husband spoke with the manager who was unwilling to give us our money back for a full refund even though it was their fault completely. She said she would have to charge us for a cancellation fee! What!!! We would not be cancelling if your rooms were clean.. Which at this point is very upsetting to us.
Why if you could not provide clean rooms.
So we told the manager ( Jomarie V. Perez)
that this was very unfair and we would just dispute the charges with our credit card company and she said go ahead I review them all anyway and I will decline it

The most disgusting representative for a hotel we have ever incurred. Think twice before staying at this hotel until changes are made . As of now my next step is to reach out to the corporate office for Hilton and address this. I do not believe Hilton would stand by for such behavior.
We went across town and are currently staying at Hilton Garden Inn at the airport and was treated exceptionally well by a young lady by the name of Aneisha. She was very sorry for our experience with a Hilton property and took great care of us and we got checked to a very clean room!"

Everything was clean and spotless, very friendly front desk personnel, a great breakfast included in the price, and located just two blocks away from I-95. Ideal place to stop for the night if you're driving on I-95. I would definitely stay here again."
