"Theresa, Steve, Mike, Hatch... and others.... We sure felt the southern hospitality the minute we docked at the fuel dock. We had been "running" from Hurricane Erin for 3 days. Nervous and hoping she was going to follow the path that the meteorologists say she was going to. We have ALL SEEN hurricanes turn at the last hour.
We arrived... we had assistance docking at the fuel dock and they also showed us where our slip would be. They also assisted us into our slip. I then went exploring and I met Theresa! She was so kind. Actually listened to me talk... she heard my story. She was very friendly! She gave our dog, Margo, a few cookies. Margo was smitten! Margo kept wanting to go back into the building to say hello and get another cookie every time we walked by. Margo knew it felt like "home" right away.
Theresa gave us Mike's card and we contacted him the following day. He was also very pleasant and had a lot of answers to our questions. He said he would take care of getting us a slip for at least the next few months.
We were so happy and felt so welcomed we scraped our previous plan to get further south into Georgia and have left the boat in their hands for the remainder of hurricane season at least. Thank you for all your kindness!!!!

Dry dock storage is new to me and Kennedy Wright made the entire process of both signing up and understanding how the boat storage works very easy. I found Kennedy to me very responsive to my calls and pleasant to talk to as well as knowledgeable about what the onboarding process is.
