My last shipment I received the cigars were dry and fell apart as I was smoking them. I called customer service and they were happy for me to return them and I could order a new bundle. Mind you they’re only a $40 JR alternative I would’ve thought at the very least they would’ve just sent a new bundle out. I was very disappointed in their customer service."
