Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Santa Cruz Wharf for its charming sea lion encounters and beautiful coastal views, making it a memorable spot for a stroll. Recent storm damage has led to closures, so checking access is advised.
"Santa Cruz Wharf offers a delightful coastal experience. The clear, sunny weather enhanced the scenic ocean views, and watching the sea lions resting below added a unique charm. It’s an excellent place for a peaceful stroll, wildlife observation. A memorable visit overall.😍"

"The most intimate place to safely watch charismatic sea lions up close! The pier is a long series of seafood restaurants, with a couple of souvenir stores, & otherwise is just a huge pay parking lot. But it juts out surprisingly far out into the water, giving unique views of the sea, the cliffs, & the Boardwalk. I met several fisherman scooping up tons of anchovies out of the water below. Very limited metered parking immediately outside the pay gate. Several public restrooms along the wharf."

"As wharf go, this one is very long and has a few good restaurants and a few stores. If you go to the Boardwalk it would be a nice add on."
