"My mom who is a senior citizen was harassed aggressively TWICE for walking through with her federal service dog. When she offered to show the license they refused to look at it. What a terrible way to treat people, never coming back.
To respond to your reply….When we both tried you show you her FEDERAL SERVICE DOG license, you should have allowed us the courtesy instead of getting caught up in aggressive semantics and you would have seen this. No it’s not lawful to ask what condition it is she is servicing and we never mentioned HIPPA. You clearly made that up for the sake of this review. Seems you were more concerned with addressing our family as if we were frauds instead of considering that these are people who require federal service dog animals. I wonder if you would have approached us so aggressively if we weren’t a family of color. Here’s a photo for your satisfaction. Shame on you."
