"Beautiful park for a hike. Wide variety of trails of different levels of difficulty. Trails are all well marked and there are maps all around the park so almost no way to get lost. Easy to spend the better part of a day just in the park experiencing the different areas and viewpoints. The visitor's center was full of informative displays (historical, natural, etc) and the onsite staff were very knowledgeable. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking, either by the entrance or closer to the rocks."

"A Hidden Gem in the Desert
An absolute must-see! Stunning rock formations and a breathtaking landscape — it almost feels purposefully designed. Be sure to wear long pants and bring a hat! It gets hot, and you might encounter snakes or other fascinating creatures. The visitor center is small but well-curated, and you can learn a lot about the area’s history. Parking is free."
