"This is a merely a patch of "natural area" in the middle of a developed suburban area in north Santa Clara. It's off Lick Mill Road so there is plenty of street parking. They specify on a board at the entrance that this is not a park so there are no restrooms or regular maintenance. It is au natural.
The paths are relatively short. You can transverse it in 20 minutes if you don't stop to admire the lizards and birds. If you are into bird watching or photographing nature, there are people who do that here. But otherwise, I think you might be sorely disappointed with the place.
It is connected to the Guadalupe River walk so you can always walk that narrow loop that many tech companies employees near Levi Stadiun take on their lunch exercise break if you didn't get your steps in."
