"This trail has everything. Lush landscape, and tree covered shaded areas. Rocky Juniper areas with lots of lizards. In the spring it’s covered in wildflowers hike far enough and you can see the ocean, but the whole south side gives you stunning views of San Luis Obispo. Stunning area.
I had my phone put away for the first 2 miles and didn’t get any photos because I just admired the views as I talked with my friend… so I’ll have to go back and take lots of pictures to share here ;)
The map at the beginning of the trail shares a guide of the trails easy to expert areas. And there’s lots of parking at the trailhead."

"Beautiful hike! Very well maintained trails with clearly marked signage. Good variation between challenging hikes and more leisurely trails, some rocky spots and narrow trails but always enough space to safely hike or mountain bike.
We took the Ocean View trail which was rigorous but rewarding; good elevation difference but with a very doable grade of incline. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be coming back to try the other trails!"
