What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The DoSeum is a highly praised interactive children's museum offering a wide range of engaging exhibits for all ages. Visitors love the hands-on learning, imaginative play areas, and outdoor spaces, making it a top family destination. While some minor maintenance issues have been noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, providing excellent value and memorable fun.
"The DoSeum offers a vibrant, hands-on experience that engages visitors of all ages. With friendly staff and a clean, well-organized environment, the museum provides a welcoming and enjoyable space for families to explore and learn together.
Though admission may seem a bit high, the variety and quality of exhibits make it worthwhile. From sensory play, music, and bubbles to construction zones and STEM activities, there's something for everyone. A standout is the Disney-inspired “Inside Out” exhibit, which captivates both children and adults.
While the water area has low pressure and the air vacuum play lacks strong suction, they remain fun and engaging. These minor issues don’t take away from the overall value. The DoSeum is a place where learning comes alive through play—an enriching destination for anyone visiting San Antonio with family or friends."

"My kiddos absolutely love it here, there's so much to do! There's H-E-B shopping, a vet clinic, there's an excavating area with lots of trucks, there's an airplane that most kids seem to really enjoy, there's even a cute little trolley for kids to pretend drive as well and then some. That's just one area on the downstairs floor! Upstairs there's a force coarse where the kiddos can shoot (soft) balls through chutes and get to understand gravity a bit more. There are plastic and wooden building blocks in a different area upstairs as well. Across the force coarse, there's a room where they get to learn about the workings of a city and space too! There's so much more, when we take the kids here they just have so much fun! 🤗"

"We are a very spoiled family when it comes to children's museums since our original home base one is The Indianapolis Children's Museum that is regularly rated the best in the US. I think that is vital to understand just how great the Doseum is! We had an amazing time and all 3 of my children from 18 months to 12 had a great time! The outdoor play areas truly blew my outdoorsy child away and my more musical child was so engaged with multiple musical experiences. My third child loved the tech experiences particularly with the robots. Even though it is stroller friendly, I probably wont take one in next time we go when Im in town for my specialist appointment. It stayed parked a majority of the time by choice."
