"I love going to this island! My family has been going here since the 80’s. It’s truly such a beautiful island, so green and colorful, I love all the flowers. The public beach has changed a bit over the years but we still enjoy it. My parents used to bring us here as children, now we bring ours, along with our parents. Beautiful, especially at low tide, that’s when the kids (and the adults😉) enjoy it the most!"

"This is to tell you about 2 (one mile) trails on Samish island that Skagit Land Trust 'owns'. One goes down to the water/shore. The other is a flat trail in the forest. The entrances are almost opposite from one another just as you drive unto the island. Look for metal pole gate. See photos!"
