There’s something powerful about standing in a place that’s carried stories for more than a thousand years. Today’s Mindful Monday Minute reminded me that mindfulness isn’t only about breathing and slowing down. It’s also about honoring the past and the land beneath our feet. 📍Indian Mound Park 5000 S 9th St, Sheboygan #naturallymissie #visitsheboygan #nationalnativeamericanheritagemonth #disco...

"This is next to the water taxi embarkation and disembarkation. We tied our dinghy here which is not really an official dinghy dock but it’s a nice quiet small picnic area and you can park your car sunrise to sunset. It was a good loading and unloading when you are getting some provision if you are anchored in Lake Santa Barbara. Watch out for barnacles and the tide can get really low."
