What Travellers Say
"This place is exceptionally unique, macabre, and fantastic! Very engaging and informational private tour by the lovely lady of the house who shared their eclectic, albeit morbid, collection of odds and ends including medical instruments, dressed up taxidermied animals, fun creations, artwork, creepy old toys, homemade machines, animal skeletons, and SO much more! It was absolutely fascinating and we will definitely be back with more friends to share the experience! It is free to tour the manor, but they gratefully accept monetary donations or weird, dead, or creepy things to add to their collection. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an hour of unusual fun with friends or for an unforgettable date night. :-D"

"You will see numerous macabre objects, many of which has a story behind it and will be told during your visit. It is a 'living museum' even though many of the items are clearly and thoroughly unalive. PG rated, in my opinion, but a fun escape from reality. The mind-blown part was the kitchen. You'll see."

"Something that truly has to be seen and experienced to be believed for sure, but the single most important detail to mention in this review is how absolutely delightful the owners are. Velda was our tour guide and was nothing short of enthusiastic, charming, and sincere. She made us feel welcome within her home and was eager to take questions throughout the experience.
In conclusion- show up for the immense collection ranging from fantastical and weird to eclectic yet effective, but stay for the overwhelming warm feeling you'll get from the hospitality and kindness of these gracious hosts.
It is not an exaggeration to say that I left this experience feeling reassured that there is still good left in the world."
