"Be sure to make a reservation beforehand. The spot is lovely and the 1850 inn is enchanting. This is a great spot for a bite during, or after, a hike or mountain bike. We went for brunch and they seemed a little short staffed. Service was friendly but slow. Eggs Benedict and short rib was delicious but the eggs were overcooked. The Belgian waffle was fine. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend as part of an outing to the Wissahickon."
