What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Rosemary Beach is lauded for its stunning white sand beaches, clear waters, and unique European-inspired architecture, creating a picturesque and charming atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the quaint streets and lively farmer's market. However, many find the destination to be quite expensive, with high costs for dining and accommodation, and some express concerns about restricted beach access and an overly crowded, rushed feel.
"Great weather (with torrents of rain included), awesome sand, and a lifestyle I can only have on a vacation! It's so quaint and cozy that repeat visits are in order. That said, nothing is cheap... Let me try that again, nothing is inexpensive! Food is good, our slightly Old living quarters were relatively exceptional... its issues not withstanding. But this is a general location review-Not my living space or restaurant quality/expectations. Nestled between Destin and Panama City - definitely make it at least a once in a lifetime visit if only to return again and again once you get sucked into its time warp!"

"Over-crowded with nouveau-riche, clueless people in a place trying to act like Nice or other European port city. I was so looking forward to experiencing Rosemary but I guess I was fooled by IG influencers getting paid to promote it. The dining tables way into the street was ridiculous by a hotel check-in where someone absentmindedly got up from their chair/table and walked in front of our SUV (luckily barely going 2 mph so we stopped easily.) But the whole place was full of privileged un-smiling rushed people all trying to get somewhere fast. Not my idea of a relaxed elegant beach side town: just a bunch of newer townhouses smashed together with little real charm."

"The rave about this place is true! Very beautiful, quaint (as an European too lol) and the farmer’s market is really fun to walk around in. A lively place but without being noisy, perfect for a stroll or a relaxing stay."
