Visitors consistently praise the Garnier Post Office Museum for its extensive collection of aircraft and weaponry, its free admission, and the informative exhibits detailing USAF history. Many highlight the impressive outdoor display and the opportunity to see rare planes like the SR-71 Blackbird. Some wish for more interactive elements, but overall, it's considered a highly recommended and worthwhile visit for anyone interested in aviation.

"Great self guided tour, you get to see rare planes such as the MIG-21, the SR-71 Blackbird and a whole bunch of jets and planes starting from around the 40s. The plaques are informative, there's a lot of history about the USAF, the aircraft and the men and women that flew them. With free admission I would recommend this place to any person with interest in aviation! They also as a AFSOC/SOF area too that goes into depth about what they have done and history about our POWs/MIAs/KIAs."

"Absolutely amazing displays. Courteous greeters and gripping stories about the wars and detailed explanations of the events they represent. I especially enjoyed the small arms hall and had some excellent conversations with the entry crew. There was too much to photograph and all of it was immaculately kept. It was great to be able to witness a restoration happening right out front of the main building. It's an honor to visit such a place and it's absolutely free."

"We really enjoyed our visit to the Air Force Armament Museum. The exhibits were fascinating, and we got some great photos of the aircraft and historic bombs on display. A unique and memorable stop—definitely worth it if you’re nearby!"
