"Overall it was a decent resort. The garden area was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful! Had a few kinks with our key working when we first got there, and the super nice maintenance guy came up and was super friendly and helpful. Everyone who worked at the lodge was super nice! The rooms were pretty decent. I loved the views. It was a great experience. My only complaint would actually be I couldn't get my thermostat down past a certain degree and slept a little warm. And I heard others complain about it as well. I hope that is fixed in the future. I knocked a star down for that reason and for my ice bucket being dirty."

As newer boaters we felt confident and safe after working with John. He provided cove recommendations and he was also available via phone if we ran into any issues.
