What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf is a beloved Orlando attraction, praised for its immersive pirate theming, challenging courses, and family-friendly atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the detailed landscaping, waterfalls, and the overall nostalgic charm. While generally affordable, some find the prices a bit high for a single round, and occasional maintenance issues are noted.
"My crew and I had such a fantastic time at Pirates Cove Adventure Golf in Orlando, FL. What a pleasure it was to work with the Pirates Cove team and a big reason for that was Jessica! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. She went above and beyond to explain the course options, made sure we had everything we needed, and even checked in on us along the way to see how we were doing. Her energy and positive attitude made the experience so more much enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who is genuinely passionate about customer service, a true team player, and an absolute leader. Jessica is one of those people. Thanks to her, our visit was so smooth, fun, enjoyable, and memorable. We’ll definitely be back to play a few rounds as to what’s now an annual company tradition and we’ll be recommending Pirates Cove to friends and family, especially because of Jessica’s outstanding service!
10 out of 10. Highly Recommend."

"Arguably the best Mini Golf we have been to in years! We went in early right after opening so there were not many people, but I can see this spot becoming very busy as the day goes on.
The course is really fun and in great shape. The greens are really fast and we all really enjoyed playing the tougher course. It is a tad bit on the expensive side, but for the fun overall experience we would pay it again."

"This was a lot of fun and the staff working was super nice! We intended to return but will have to wait until our next trip! There were 2 options or you could choose to do both courses. We did one and it was just the right amount of time and challenge. Definitely recommend!"

💰 Budget Travelers
Consider playing just one course if you're on a very tight budget, or make a day of it by playing both if you find a good deal. It offers a solid amount of entertainment for the price, especially when compared to some of the pricier theme park attractions.

The Pirate Experience: Immersive Theming
Travelers often rave about the attention to detail, noting how the theming makes the mini-golf experience more engaging and memorable than standard courses. It's not just about putting; it's about stepping into a story. The visual appeal is a major draw, making it a popular spot for families and anyone who enjoys a bit of theatrical fun.
Whether you're navigating through a pirate's lair or aiming for a hole-in-one near a shipwreck, the pirate theme is consistently executed, providing a fun and slightly challenging backdrop for your game.
Navigating the Courses: Blackbeard vs. Captain's Choice
On the other hand, The Captain's Choice is generally considered more beginner-friendly and perhaps a bit more whimsical. While still featuring pirate-themed elements, it might be more forgiving for younger players or those new to mini-golf. Both courses are designed to be visually engaging, with water features and thematic elements woven throughout.
Many visitors recommend playing both courses if time and budget allow, as they offer different experiences and challenges. This allows for a comprehensive Pirate's Cove adventure, ensuring you get the full scope of what the attraction has to offer.
Finding Value: Deals and Discounts
One particularly notable deal is the Buy One Get One Free offer often available for guests staying at Rosen Inn hotels. This significantly reduces the cost per person, making it an even more attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. It's always a good idea to check the attraction's website or inquire at your hotel about any available promotions before you go.
Playing both 18-hole courses can also be seen as a form of value, offering more gameplay for your money compared to a single-round attraction. By strategically seeking out deals, you can enjoy the full pirate adventure without breaking the bank.
