What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
NoDo is highly praised as a residential area, lauded for its friendly community, convenient location, and quiet atmosphere despite its proximity to entertainment venues. Residents appreciate the responsive management and good amenities. While primarily residential, its entertainment options like the Capitol Arcade Bar add to its appeal.
"I have been living at Live Nodo since January of this year and it is by far, one of the best places I have lived. I have never had a maintenance need and the property manager Liz is fantastic! She is always asking me how me and my dog are doing and checks in from time to time to make sure everything is okay. I can definitely see myself living here for awhile. The fact that their are less than 50 apartments, gives it a more that small town feel and the neighbors are really friendly, always smiling, and saying hi! The location is unbeatable. I do not drive and work from home, with the bus line so close and the airport only 3 miles away, it makes for a perfect spot! The amenities are great as well, beautiful patio space and a nice gym! You would think living next to the CHI Arena and Baseball Stadium, it would be loud, but it is not, it is actually pretty chill down here! I would recommend Nodo to anyone, this is a great place to live, feels like home."

"I have lived here at Live Nodo for almost 2 full years now. It super easy to pay rent online, and I get text notifications sent right to my phone about anything going on in/with the building. The indoor parking is very nice downtown, and I’m very appreciative they were able to work with me as far as my motorcycle and cat! There is a bike rack for regular bicycles, and a lot of fun places in short walking distance. There are a lot of nice people who live here, and it is a very clean, well kept environment. I recommend Nodo to anyone reading and hope to resign my lease this summer!!"

"Great place, great facilities and very quiet when needed. Hilary has been very responsive and helpful throughout the move in process."
