What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for accommodations in Nashville, Indiana, often highlight a decline in upkeep and dated facilities, with issues like moldy dehumidifiers and peeling pool paint being common complaints. While the location is generally praised, many guests feel the hotels are overpriced for the condition and suggest booking elsewhere or well in advance for a better experience.
"We chose this establishment for 2 reasons. Number one being that it advertised a pool, there were no mentions anywhere that it would be closed during our stay. When we got to our room, is smelled mildewy and moldy. As if carpets had been cleaned at some point and not air dried properly. My allergies acted up all night with very little sleep. I really feel that we were overcharged for what we got. I do not recommend this location to anyone."

"We stayed in Nashville, Indiana for two concerts for two nights, September 12 and 13. First of all, we asked about an UBER and they stated there weren't any. But, you could get an Uber. Now, the pool was closed until further notice. No biggie with us, we weren't using it. But, Grandparents with two little girls were not happy. They could put it on their website. Also, there was a humidifier in our room with no explanation why. The porch outside was dirty and how much time does it take to sweep off the porch in the morning. The chairs on the porch needed fixi g or really replaced. The hotel was cheap, but could be cheaper because of the condition. Needs updating about 10 years ago. The room was pretty clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. The refrigerator in the room, rocked. It was bigger than usual and held a lot of drinks. The staff was nice but not overly friendly. The choices in Nashville aren't many, but next time, we will get reservations earlier for a nicer place."

"Our room had no towels or wash cloths, filter in air conditioner was filthy. We tried to go swim and the paint inside the pool is peeling everywhere you can peel it off with your feet. The pool filters are full of peeled off paint. It was so bad it should be closed to be fixed. We immediately got out and went to shower. Water pressure in the sink is awful. The mattress is worn out. Overall the upkeep for this hotel is being neglected. We have stayed here at least once or twice a year for 7 years and it’s gone downhill tremendously. This will be our last time staying here unfortunately, it’s always been our go to and felt like home but not anymore. Not sure what has happened. Very upset this time around."
