Reviews Summary
Corsair Distillery is highly praised for its unique and award-winning spirits, knowledgeable staff, and enjoyable tasting experiences. Visitors love the creative cocktails, especially the 'Pink Drink,' and the overall laid-back atmosphere. Some find the location a bit tricky to find, and occasionally the food portions could be more generous, but these are minor points in an otherwise excellent visit.
"Before you enter the full bar and restaurant space, stop and do a tasting with Mitch.
There are two tasting options — one is their award winning spirits and the other is just their whiskeys — and I honestly recommend you do both. My husband and I split them and got to taste a bit of nearly everything, which was all excellent. Their spirits are quite unique from other distilleries (in a good way).
Mitch is a great guide through the spirits. He gives a little bit of everything; he explains the ingredients, the making, and the rationale. But not in a boring way, in like a fascinating “Keep talking!” way."

"Stopped by on a Sunday to check out a few stores and try Corsair’s whiskeys as part of the TN Whiskey Trail. I sat at the bar and had a pepperoni pizza (kind of sparse on the pepperonis for $2 more than a regular cheese pizza, but it was delicious), old fashioned (heavy on the orange), and sampled the rye and single malt. Neither were my taste unfortunately. Service was fine, atmosphere was nice."

"Got a tasting with Jo that was amazing, she knew everything about the distilling process and was super informative. Then had cocktails at the bar with India, she was very knowledgeable about the cocktails and what I might like.
Overall, a great experience and highly recommended! Easily the best distillery I visited in Nashville."
