"First time visitor, overall enjoyable experience. Trenton was the first employee we met. He was the bell hop baggage person we had for check in and check out. Wonderfully nice young man, very professional and polite.

We really enjoyed the Brew Bros bar drinks, the food all looked and smelled great, we ate the breakfast one day. Breakfast was very nice. Sunshine, Kimmie, and Dewayne were all very attentive and friendly. Could have easily spent all my time there.

Service in the Sport Book Bar was touch and go, depending on which server was there. I thought Wilma was a tad abrupt and chose to get my drinks from the other bar in the casino. Really enjoyed talking with Jaimi. We got our drinks from her the rest of the time. That casino bar had cool decor and lighting and comfortable seating.

The non smoking casino is very clean and has fresh cool air pumping throughout. The area was cleaned up regularly and promptly. Lots of games to choose from and not too big you can't find your friends when they wander to other machines or tables. We had lots of fun playing and drinking.

The outdoor smoking area was close by and protected from rain, with outdoor heaters, although a bit cramped and small. There's another smoking area up the escalators, across a small lobby and out the door. That one wasn't as crowded, just slightly farther away, much more spacious, with a beautiful view and small walking path with a small waterfall.

Both Panda Express and Moe's were very good, and Starbucks as well.

The arcade doesn't have skeeball, I'm not much of a gambler, so I was hoping they would. I did go to the bowling alley, and it was very nice. Sixteen lanes, and a few pool tables.

The rooms were clean and we didn't have any mold issues and neither did our friends in two different rooms. No bathtub, but a large shower with very nice shampoo conditioner 2 in 1 and body wash. Comfortable beds.

"MOLD - Terrible customer service. Don’t stay here. When I brought the mold videos down to the front desk to get their opinion chelsea told me that the grout turns darker when it’s wet. After explaining to her that it makes no sense I spoke to the hotel manager Roger Hawkins who also told me that they knew some of the rooms had mold but that they were tested and it’s not an issue. I asked for a copy of the report and I was told it’s not available for guests to see. When I asked what year the rooms were tested I was told that they didn’t know the year it was tested. Funny I took that video on the slot floor and talked to the slot manager alan and he didn’t seem to care or want to help. I showed it to Cee in the players desk and they also didn’t seem to care and told me to talk to the front desk. I told Roger the hotel manager that my throat was a little sore after sleeping in that room for a couple of days. His response was should I call you an EMT.

I asked Roger when was the last time he was in the elevators as they were dirty, moldy and smelled. He said the elevators are not his department and he doesn’t go in them but I can speak to housekeeping. I reminded him that every guest that he’s in charge of leaves the front desk and rides those elevators. In fact guests I rode with all made comments about the mold and smell. Roger didn’t care.

No service at the bar in the sports book. Sat on the backside of the bar to view the TV’s and was completely ignored by two bartenders for about 30 min. I was playing video poker, watching the games and waiting for service. Of course I watched at least 10 other customer not getting served and they walked away like I did.

There’s so much more but I’m tired of typing.

Overall I will NEVER stay here again."

"Hotel wise, the property is on the overpriced side of things in my opinion. There are much cheaper options in town. The beds aren't the best we have experienced from other properties, but they are ok for 1 - 3 nights. Getting a comp stay obviously makes the value immensely better. If they are free the rooms are great. So stay when it doesn't cost you anything. The real attraction for us is the casino anyhow. We love that it's smoke free. Whole we don't see every game that people pay on YouTube there, it's still a pretty great selection that has something for everyone. That's probably why they keep offering us free rooms LOLz. If you're just coming for the casino, then I highly recommend it. We drive up from Atlanta about once a month to play here. Sometimes just for the day, other times for a couple days at a time. Always fun for us."
