"Another beautiful state park, working on our trek down the Rio Grande River. There's no vehicle access for the public. But, you can rent bicycles, or bring your own bicycle also. There's a tram that runs every hour. And our driver gave is alot of good knowledge about the park. Bring a bike if you can. It definitely makes getting around alot easier. Try not to get a flat like I did though🤣 several trails to hike. Gift shop is pretty nice. Has cold drinks and snacks."

"Overall awesome experience, i went mainly for the bikes 10/10 will recommend if you have friend group. I rode miles on miles looking around by myself and it was so refreshing honestly. Entry fee and bike rental fee is great. Be prepared to put a 10 deposit down!"

"I loved my visit at Bensten State Park. I went on a hike hosted by Nature Ninjas Tours owned by Tiffany Kirsten and our group saw about 40 or 50 species that day. This particular hike was for women only. We were lucky enough to take a very good look at the birds right at feeding time and you get to see them up close through the wall of the gift shop. We got to see a piebald Chachalaca. We even saw an oriole eating suet. We hit the jackpot when we saw a bobcat and we also spotted a couple of Gray Hawks looking very cool while they perched and viewed their domains. Javelinas, wild turkeys, and bobcats roam this beautiful area as well. The gift shop is gorgeous by the way."
