"What a nice park. I drove down from Ocala to ride the famed Sugar Loaf hills on my road bike, which are nice and step, 12% grade. The park itself is well kept, has fresh water, restrooms and covered picnic areas. Very nice."
Erik Von
"We love this place and the hike that comes with it. We have hiked it mant times. No need for boots, semi paved or at least gravel. Can be slippery. Mostly shaded hike till you get close to the bridge. Have seen baby gators under to metal cat walk over the valves. We usu6turn around there and head back. Mostly up hill going back.
We also load up outer chairs and sit under the pavilion at the end of the overlook. If the weather is good it's a great place to sit, relax, read and enjoy the view."
Jessica Frazier
"RVing and stopped by to walk our best friends. Middle of the week so no other vehicles so we were able to park with RV without issue. Lots of construction, but the restrooms were open and we were able to walk to the observation deck. By the plans, the improvements are going to be nice."
