"Fascinating building with intriguing architecture. This historic Water Tower kind of reminded me of the unique architecture of Chicago’s water tower, which was built a few years before this one was. Unfortunately, it was closed when I visited, and I can’t find any clear information on Google Maps regarding when exactly it’s open or if it’s been open at all recently. Regardless, it’s still worth stopping by to take photos and look at its architecture."
