"I will never return to this place again. Cindy was rude from the time I walked in. My husband and I booked the reservation online the same day (which is the only time we could get away). We were so excited to visit. We got to the hotel around 10:30am and Cindy said “oh you can’t check in this early and the type of room you have is NOT going to be ready until 3pm.” We kindly asked if they could call us if by any chance it was ready earlier. She said “NO we can’t make out going calls (with a rude voice). We asked if we could call to check the status and she gave us a piece of paper with the hotel number on it. We left and went to eat in Paducah and called back around 1:30pm to see if the room was ready. Another lady answered and was nice and told us that it was ready. We got back to the hotel and spoke to the lady that helped us over the phone. As she started to check us in Cindy walks up and says “THERE WILL BE A $15 early check in charge”. She was rude again. I asked her is this fee just for us or for everyone? She said “oh yes it’s for everyone across the board.” This was our first time here and was never told over the phone or online that there is a $15 early check in fee. My husband and I paid the fee and went to our room. We came back downstairs and as we walked past we clearly saw Cindy check someone in and didn’t charge them an early check in fee. She is disgusting and doesn’t not need to work at the front desk. She has no customer service skills at all. We finally get into the casino and our new card from the counter didn’t work to play the slots. We moved to 4 different games and it didn’t work. We went upstairs and went to sleep. We will just take our money somewhere else where we are not treated rudely and able to play the slots. This place says they they offer food. They had 1 restaurant open with plates costing $49 and above the grill was closed at the other restaurant and (it was 5pm). We had to get in the car and drive somewhere else to eat food."

"We were on our way back home from a long roadtrip when the rain got to be too much so we decided to stop here to spend the night and get back on the road the next day. Unfortunately they were fully booked so we stayed somewhere else but had dinner here before going to our hotel. We had exceptional service at the bar. The food was delicious, I got the ribs and my partner got crab legs, definitely recommend. The bartender Tara, was the most pleasant person we've ever come across. She had a great attitude, was very attentive, really went above and beyond for us. Tara turned our day around and we're forever grateful we stopped by."

"3 star hotel is about right. It's nice but dated. Room was clean and spacious for the most part but had stained carpet floors. We paid extra for a Riverview room but only had view of roof a/c units for the casino. You could technically see water if you stood right at the glass and looked left/right. The parking lot view would have been more entertaining.... I asked about another room, this was a Mon and Tuesday night stay but staffing issues prevented moving up to another floor and there was no way to adjust/comp anything since I had already gotten the best price(promo and veteran discount). This is my first stay with this brand so wasn't expecting vip treatment but feel like I got a bad deal for sure.
The town is nice, saw the superman museum and other spots that were open on Mon/tues but probably won't be back. Sad because I like the area and pass through from time to time. Also learned Paducha(I loved this town before) isn't safe anymore so will have to replan future routes all together."
