"I love this location. It is never crowded that I have seen. There is a visitors center and house tours at cost. To walk the grounds it is free. "Washington's Oak" is here. The only negative I can report is the mosquitos! They are voracious!"

This is technically a State Park, tours in the house are $10 per adult and $5 per child. We enjoyed the house tour and the guides do a wonderful jon explaining the history a d family of the house. Excellent demonstration of the old rice plantations of the area. Be sure to see the George Washington tree!"
